Rainbow Chard


A bright mixture of coloured stems and leaves that can be used for salads when young or cooked when fully grown.


Sow from March - August in pots under glass or directly in growing site 2cm deep in rows 35-40cm apart. Thin seedlings to 20cm apart.


Leaves are ready about 10 weeks after sowing.


By sowing again in late summer it can be cropped through to the following summer.


Once they have gone to seed they form a very decorative plant.
